The ETE Toolkit was originally
developed at the bioinformatics
department of CIPF and greatly improved
at the comparative genomics unit
of CRG. At present, ETE is maintained by Jaime
Huerta-Cepas at the Structural and
Computational Biology unit of EMBL (Heidelberg,
Germany).
